These taste like real gummy bears. Not necessarily like every brand of gummy bear, but they are sweet and delicious and the soluble fiber has helped with my diet to lose weight. Of course, this alone cannot achieve my weight goal, but it is a nice treat along the way. My kids also eat them when they need a little bulk in their “number 2.”
