The wheels does not swivel when required leading to scratching effect.

Poor Revolving mechanism
The wheels are good but 2 out of 4 wheels are not revolving freely and hence furniture gets stuck.Manufacturer can check quality and resolve this issue.Expect replacement of faulty wheels.
