The cover goes on easy and stays on. it stretches just enough to cover all, and does not stretch out when used. The color works well with my mid-century vibe.

I've had the chair (from Ikea) for probably 20 years. It had seen better days and needed a little face lift. I found this cover and was skeptical that it would fit, be decent quality and feel good. I gave it a shot and WOW! I've had the cover for about a year now and my dog has recently decided the chair is hers so she's been on and off of it A LOT. The fabric is holding up VERY well! I was also worried about washing it, but I popped it in the washer on delicate, also dried it on delicate, and it came out great! Looks brand new again! I highly recommend this chair cover!

Cover looks great fits well and bought since my new cat wanted to claw my chair...cat does not like it! We love how it looks!

Too small for a normal barrel chair. Not much stretch. Ties on seat cushion rip off easily. Waste of money.

You will need 2 people to wrestle these covers on your chair. It seemed impossible at first but we did it. The opening is very small to fit over chair. It was like a ladies size 14 trying to squeeze in a junior size 5. Once we finagled it on, the chairs look great. My biggest complaint is the seam up the back. It’s two pieces sewn together and bc of the way the fabric lays, it looks like two different colors. Very soft.

I bought these Ethan Allen barrel chairs in Craigslist five years ago with the intent of recovering them myself. I bought both chairs for less than what a single cover cost! They are awesome chairs, but uh….a wee bit dated in the upholstery. I tried making covers and let’s just say even with my sewing talent, I couldn’t make it work. I wasn’t sure if these would work since my chairs are slightly different than example shown in product photo. Mine have a separate seat cushion and back pillow.Yes, you’ll wrangle these on, but they are plenty stretchy and I felt I could really pull on them without fear of ripping.I’m going to use the seat cushion cover to cover the back pillow…in this first photo I just have it draped over to see if there was enough fabric. The second photo I reworked the cushion cover to be snug on the pillow and the chair cover was plenty to cover the seat cushion.The elastic around the bottom is tight enough I didn’t have to anything but tuck the original fabric up and the cover keeps it secure.Once the cover was on, I used the foam pieces that came with the package to push down into the crevices to really secure the cover.I think these make a world of difference and you as you can see, you can go bold statement chair or you can go neutral.Be advised that taupe is not accurately depicted in product photo. I returned the taupe color which I had considered, but it was too orangey. Just know the taupe is not tan or beige. It’s a mustardy/orange.

These covers honestly look and feel great.. I tried one other brand before this (that didn’t have the separate seat cover) and it was pretty awful.With this brand it really looks like the chairs actually came this way. Doesn’t look like a cover at all. We got the emerald green and it is a very nice deep green (it looks real in one of the pictures, but in person it is a deep emerald, not teal at all).Highly recommend these. The pink is before, green is after.
