Great product check the output voltage before use it.
Great product fans make a little noise, but not much of a problem, check the output voltage from the left on the top left of the psu a small potentiometer that can be adjust with a screw to adjust it you will need to take a multimeter to read the output DC voltage its default set is around 24V DC mine was 23.13 so I’ve moved that a little but if you don’t have a multimeter better leave it on default value as a small drop of voltage want effect anything as long as the desired output voltage is 24v just be careful to not turn it by accident with your hand as it is easy to be turned 😊

Provides stable power and unfortunately It provides constant noise
I bought this (24V 400W) to power a modified Proxxon MF70 Micro Milling Machine which needed 24v for the motor, speed controller, and the stepper motors. So far it's worked flawlessly for the 40+ hours of use, unfortunately for those 40+ hours the fan has never turned off. The description implies the fan is temperature controlled which I assumed meant at low temperature the fan would be turned off (I have 3 or 4 similar power supplies powering other machines) but that does not seem to be the case. It also doesn't seem to be speed controlled either as I have never heard the fan speed up or slow down and I can only assume the fan is running at a constant 100%. The fan isn't loud but it's also nothing close to silent and during extended use It can be annoying, especially If the milling machine is idle. When It first arrived I checked the voltage with a multi-meter and found mine to be producing 24.3v which is fine for most electronic devices but I lowered mine to be certain.Overall I'm happy with my purchase and I would buy another If my next project required.

Well made, I trust it.
Seems about on par for these cheap PSUs which in general means so long as you get a higher amperage than you need by a decent safety margin then there’s nothing to worry about. One joint pro-con is that the fan seems very powerful with a noticeable airflow and… the noise to accompany it. Worth keeping in mind if you want something more silent.

functional and easy to wire up
Does exactly 'what it says on the tin' works exactly as it says, fan a bit noisy and on all the time but you can get used to it - wonder how much the price would go up with a few pieces of mounting kit? Recommended

Really neat piece of H/W.
I purchased this to power amateur radio transceiver(s). If it works well, I'll be getting another. For the price and built in rf filter....can't go wrong. Unless you have the voltage selector set to 110 instead of 240V!!! I haven't done that (honestly) but always take care to use proper crimped plugs. I purchased a separate on/off, kettle plug type socket that goes with this really nicely. If you do get that, check the wires as the live is on neutral and vice versa. (Please read those reviews).
