Awesome for larger surgical wounds
Excellent quality! Each patch is individually wrapped, but easy to open. Easy to apply and stays on! Not too harsh in removing. Best of all, so far we've had no sticky adhesive residue where the patches are placed. I ordered these in a desperate situation for major post-surgical wound dressing and I plan to order more to keep around the house and in first aid kits.

Great item.
Was perfect size I needed. Great price and quality is great. I was nervous it wouldn't stay sticking and it stays in place and does not roll. I recommend this item.

I like them, they work very well. They don't slide off, they stay on until you're ready to take them off

Affordable, Effective, and Waterproof: The Perfect Gauze Pads for Healing
I recently switched from silicone bandages to these gauze pads to help dry out a wound that was at the end of its healing process, and they are working wonders. While silicone bandages have their advantages, such as the moist padding, these gauze pads are completely dry, which is exactly what my wound needed. Additionally, the price difference is a huge plus. For the same cost as the silicone bandages, I received three times the amount of gauze bandages. It is quite a bargain. Each pad measures 4 inches by 4 inches, with the non-sticky inner gauze being 2.5 inches by 2.5 inches. This still leaves plenty of sticky border to secure the bandage in place, and the adhesive sticks very well. I recommend using a skin barrier as a prep to protect your skin from the adhesive. Once they are on, they stay on, and they are waterproof. However, if you do not apply the bandage smoothly and there is a crease, water might sneak in. Be sure to apply it flat for optimal waterproofing.I am genuinely impressed with these gauze pads. They are effective, cost-efficient, and perform their job without complication. Whether you are healing a small wound or simply need something that stays in place, I highly recommend these gauze pads. You will likely appreciate making the switch.

They Work!
Excellent bandages, they stay in place and are comfortable to wear. As an RN, I always keep various sizes of these Island Dressing bandages on hand at home. Great Bandages!

Nice large bandages for a good price
I purchased two sizes of these, basically the same. One was 6x6, the other 4x4, with the gause pads 2inches smaller (4x4in and 2x2in, respectively) in the center.I had some minor surgery and had a few stitches, and wasn't sure before the surgery what size I would need. I used the larger 6x6 size because the stitches were on my back and I was changing bandages blind, by feel, and the larger size gave me wiggle room to be off a little bit but still get the job done. The adhesive is strong, and if you have sensitive skin or are buying these for someone with sensitive skin (like an elderly person or small child), consider a different product designed for that. Having said that, I put these on and took them off twice a day for just over 2 weeks, so... basically used up the box. At the end, my skin was tender from the adhesive (and hair pulled out) twice a day. If I hadn't needed to put medicine on the stitches 2x a day, I would probably have left the bandage on for 3-4 days, in "benign neglect" to just let healing happen, and they would be perfect for that use. They aren't especially water resistant, so be mindful of that. They performed well, and I realized that these are a good size to have in the old medicine chest for issues that might come up. I hadn't got any larger sized bandages like this before, but I feel like they are really good to have now, so I'll put some of these in my emergency first aid kits in my car, etc. They are well sealed to remain sterile until used.Strongly recommend. Consider what size you need.
