I recently switched from silicone bandages to these gauze pads to help dry out a wound that was at the end of its healing process, and they are working wonders. While silicone bandages have their advantages, such as the moist padding, these gauze pads are completely dry, which is exactly what my wound needed. Additionally, the price difference is a huge plus. For the same cost as the silicone bandages, I received three times the amount of gauze bandages. It is quite a bargain.Each pad measures 4 inches by 4 inches, with the non-sticky inner gauze being 2.5 inches by 2.5 inches. This still leaves plenty of sticky border to secure the bandage in place, and the adhesive sticks very well. I recommend using a skin barrier as a prep to protect your skin from the adhesive. Once they are on, they stay on, and they are waterproof. However, if you do not apply the bandage smoothly and there is a crease, water might sneak in. Be sure to apply it flat for optimal waterproofing.I am genuinely impressed with these gauze pads. They are effective, cost-efficient, and perform their job without complication. Whether you are healing a small wound or simply need something that stays in place, I highly recommend these gauze pads. You will likely appreciate making the switch.

I've ordered these several times in both the 2X2 and larger one's. They are the best for sticking power and yet easily to remove without hurting skin. Allows my wounds to heal/breath with compromising dirt getting onto wound. I really love these and they are my absolute GO TO Dressings for both myself and my Diabetic Husband who ALWAYS has wounds!!!!

These were exactly what I was looking for. They did stick to the skin but were easy to remove on delicate older skin. Would definitely buy again.

Center dressing is 2.5"x2.5" - larger than usual dressing pad on 4'x4" island dressing.

Perfect size with adhesive that holds without tugging the skin upon removal. Very pleased.

This product is just okay but they don't stick very well. I cut one patch in half and used two halves in order to cover two wounds. Unfortunately I had to use another halve to keep the other two from coming off. Another issue is that they are so thin. After I used some product on my skin and covered it with a half I noticed that the product was seeping through the patch. I could also smell the product (which had a very sour smell). They will work if you don't put any kind of product on your skin but they might not adhere very well. I now understand why there's so many patches for less money. I honestly prefer Dimora because they don't leak and adhere very well.
