I love ramen and, as a high school teacher, my students are somewhat ramen experts. Occasionally, one of them forgets his lunch and asks if I have food. Ramen is sometimes the solution. They LOVE this stuff. As in, they put it in their parents' Amazon carts so they can get their own. They like that it has no chemicals, is lower sodium, and has real ingredients that they can pronounce. I like those attributes also, but I especially appreciate the lack of MSG. I keep seeing reviews from people that say they don't like this ramen seasoning because it tastes different. Well, it does taste different. It doesn't have additives and MSG to enhance flavor. It just has flavor to enhance flavor. And that's what's different.

I liked the convenience of having a single item that can be added to chicken stock to make a tasty ramen base. We use fresh noodles, some meat, boiled egg and veggies to make a quick meal when we don't feel like traditional cooking. Great stuff.

A little too salty for my taste but the flavor is much better than the included packet.

No flavor was so disappointed

I was actually hoping to find something close to the packets you get with instant ramen, but this is not that. I’m sure it has less sodium, so if that is what you are looking for, this might be the ticket. It also has a much different flavor with different spices used. I’m not a big fan, but again it might be to your liking.

This is so good, toss out the packet that comes with your ramen and add this! So full of flavor! Also safe for those with dairy sensitivity since it’s dairy free.

Yep, this is what I was looking for. Met all expectations. Pricey, though!

I like to add this to my Asian cooking and it adds a great flavor.
