Works well and after a few weeks, so far so good.
Replacing a battery in a laptop can sometimes be tricky, especially when it involves removing half the case to do so. Gone seems to be the days when you can simply pop a long battery out.this works well and lasts a few hours before needing charging again.

WHAT A DIFFERENCE TO OUR DC34 ANIMAL
Every now and again after an extended period of use our Dyson DC34 Animal hand held vacuum cleaner would stop and finishing the job was becoming a pain. I was thinking I may have to dismantle the machine and get in to the trigger mechanism to see where the fault lay. Then it hit me (not the cleaner but an inspired though) what about the battery since the machine was now a few years old. Did the usual. Looked on Amazon, read the reviews, and chose this battery with a slightly increased capacity, but not genuine Dyson - far too expensive! This one came at a reasonable price, delivered quickly, and so easy to fit since it is exactly the same structure as the original. Wow! What a difference! We now have an old vacuum cleaner that performs better than it ever did, and just keeps going! Wonderful! Buy one - you won't be disappointed!

Was nervous about buying a non branded battery but overall have been really impressed has given new lease of life to my lap top

Replacement battery
The battery life is not what I expected for a new or replacement item, it only last 5 hours before needing to be recharged. Not something I would shout about!

Works fine on our old DC-34
We have a fairly old Dyson DC-34 handheld vacuum, which is very useful, but its usefulness was decreased by the rapidly reducing battery life! This replacement battery was easy to fit - just remove 2 screws - and seems to work so far.Edit - after a few weeks: battery life seems fine. So a great way to prolong the life of our old Dyson!

Battery warning is shown - short life span
When installed in more modern HP laptops this battery causes a halt message on boot warning that the battery isn't genuine. This isn't a deal breaker, but it's worth knowing about.The worrying issue is that the battery failed after 14 months use - just outside warranty.I'll buy genuine next time.

fits perfectly
No dislikes. Battery B fits my machine, the DC44 but you must remove the battery before you know which one to order. I managed to do it and I'm 77, shows how easy it is as long as you follow the instructions in the manual for the DC44. Works great now, no cutting out of power, very pleased. :-)
