I've tried and it like it. It is now part of daily routine.

I was looking for something to calm my anxiety and help me sleep instead of using prescription meds or depending OTC meds like Dramamine and Benadryl to help fall asleep. I drink kava tea and thought maybe something higher in kavalactones would have a potent effect. Nope. I tried it every night for a week and I think maybe I just have too high of a tolerance for things like this. I think this could be helpful for someone else like my mom who feels a serotonin spike from drinking cocoa powder.It doesn’t taste bad at all (unlike valerian drops that are so nasty). It is very sweet. I wish it had calorie information as I’m on a very specific diet to control my sugars.

This kava is fantastic for my ptsd and gets me through a stressful day without enduring a trigger. However even with plentiful planning on my end for shipping I often have very delayed deliveries making it difficult to keep to a subscription schedule and maintain. I hope this is solved soon as I'd hate to return to the sampling process to find another version with the same results but more reliable shipping and subscription schedules.

This Kava was a bit of a disappointment. I found it to be weak compared to real, freshly prepared Kava. I can tell by the taste, the product contains some Kava. Just not very strong.

Of the many I've tried, very few OTC relaxation or sleep products seem to be effective. Nano KAVA is one of them. It does indeed promote calm and relaxation. I wouldn't say it makes me sleepy, but it does help impart a mellow mood that helps stress melt away. I sleep better after a dropperful as well.I've tried KAVA capsules and they have little to no effect. The real deal from the roots works, but it is a chore to make and numbs the mouth. I get a little of that when I leave it under my tongue for a while, but I mostly taste a pleasant, slightly sweet almond flavor. Due to the sublingual nature, its effects come on quickly. Nano KAVA comes well-packaged in a nice box but was a little hard to unwrap. This stuff is pricey, but it works!Made in the USA~ Kort

When I take this during the day I don't really feel any benefit, or mood improvement. Maybe because I'm too busy to sit still. But if I take it at night when I can finally sit down, I definitely relax more quickly, and feel ready for bed. I wonder if trying a higher dosage might help with day time effectiveness, but I've read kava can mess with your liver so I need to research it more. Either way, taking a bunch would deplete this little bottle quickly and it's expensive. I like the butterscotch flavor, and the packaging is one of the nicest I've ever seen from a supplement.

Nano KAVAIn my search for the perfect sleep, or at least the sleep that I got when I was younger, I've tried many things. Until now, only two things have worked - melatonin and valerian. I had to stop taking melatonin because it tore up my stomach. I've settled on a valerian tea that works wonders. I am glad, however, that this supplement also does a great job of both stress relief and promoting sleep. Now I alternate between the valerian tea and this.I've always wanted to try Kava but I kept reading about how it can mess up my liver. This seemed to be a really good way to take it because the dosage can be fine tuned so that I am only taking as much as I need. I can take just a bit to help take the edge off of a stressful day, or I can take more to help with sleep. I've found that I can achieve decent sleep with about half of the recommended dose. I don't want to take too much because research shows me that it is possible to develop a tolerance for it.The taste isn't bad as well. I'm not sure what I expected. I'm sensitive to tastes and this seemed pretty good to me.I also like that it uses US sourced ingredients and that it's made in the US. I try to avoid overseas supplements because you really don't know what you're getting.I'd really like to be able to sleep without anything, but that just doesn't seem possible. I'm glad that things like this are available to lend a helping hand.
