The Giver Boxed Set: The Giver, Gathering Blue, Messenger, Son

For some unknown reason, I haven't done much reading lately. Someone recommended these so I tried the set. It is very good and well worth the time and effort to read. I enjoyed it and at times found it hard to put down. Glad I bought the set. When a friend came over she saw the books sitting on a table and asked if I was finished with it. I said yes and she asked if she could have them? She actually jumped for joy when I said yes.

I really enjoyed reading the giver, what I like each book was linked to the next and it had a complete ending.

I thought these were going to be sequels but ar just random books that have nothing to do with the giver, I don't know why it's called the giver quartet, I also hated each of the books it came with

The book is absolutely a 10/10. Loved it. Thrilling, saddening at the same time. Definitely recommending it to others.
