Will one inhaler remain effective for a 6-week Chemoradiation treatment?

I think so. I have had mine for 6 months and it's still very effective. I make sure and keep the lid screwed on tight for storage to preserve the inhaler from drying out. I carry it with me in my purse for when my frequent nausea hits. Hope this helps!

Can I use this for my two and four year old who suffer from car sickness?

Do you use organic wicks?

Do you have to turn the knob for it to work?

you just unscrew the top and stick it up to your nose and inhale the vapor. And it works great to relieve nausea.
