I bought this on June 1st because my employer required us to have it by June 7th. Unfortunately we did not get to use it till June 29th. It worked fine for 2 days then the 3rd day no one could hear me on the otherside whether on a call with a customer or in a Zoom meeting. This was installed on 2 other computers to make sure the headset was truly bad. No matter what settings were changed or modified, even the Windows meter check barely registered anything. Now that it is July 3rd, we missed our 30 day return policy. Now I am at the mercy of the seller or manufacturer if they want to assist further.UPDATE: I reached the seller and they sent a new one out immediately. We used it this week so far and it has been working as it should and it appears to be comfortable etc. Hopefully it continues to work for a long time. I changed the rating to reflect satisfaction on a replacement sent out fast. Thank you.

Works fine for the price. It’s light and easy to bring to work. But the sound and mic are not the best quality.- sometimes can’t hear me speaking.

My husband likes this headset because it isn't bulky. Can hear well and can be heard during conference calls.

The headset itself is cheaply made, feels like it’s about to break anytime you put it on your head. The volume of the incoming voice, when it’s on high volume it sounds like you have the volume all the way down, so in another words you can barely hear what the other person, people are saying. Cancellation of outside noise , thumbs down, if that’s one of the things your looking for this headset does not do the trick.

It does the job. No complaints with quality with this headset

It sounds muzzled when you’re listening and you’re constantly asking do you hear me ??!! now I have to pay for another headset these are horrible

This is more comfortable than the last pair I had, although there've been comments that callers aren't hearing me clearly. Very lightweight and easy to store.

Sound was okay, but the Mic didn't work at all with my laptop or desktop pcs. I could hear others, but couldn't hear me. Get what you pay for I guess.
