I like the fact that the tube is made from powder coated metal instead of plastic like some others. Installation straightforward. I also like the fact that the tube is bent into the correct position for the car I ordered it for. There is a slight offset where the filter end would connect to the bracket, but I made a minimal adjustment and there was no issue.

I'm pretty happy for the price. It didn't fit exactly but I made it work with all the provided brackets.

Installed this on my civic to get rid of the big old ugly air box. The install was extremely easy hardest parts was taking the old air box out but if you have any mechanical experience it’ll be a breeze. The overall quality is cheap but for $67 it does the job. The car definitely has a noticeable intake sound to it now especially at higher rpms. I hate the air filter they provided so I went ahead and ordered another mushroom air filter off eBay just to set off the look of everything. Overall if you don’t wanna spend $200-300 for a name brand cold air intake this is the way to go, it’s cheap but gets the job done, and who knows maybe it gives you a bit extra power but I highly doubt it lol.

Came with hardware and clamps everything fit might have to make 1 adjustment or mod but over all all good

The unit could have come with instructions. The air sensor grommet needs to be trimmer depending on your setup. but it like will to be able to match OE, thats why they leave it uninstalled. It is a pain to install in the pipe. Be careful not to damage. had to use grease and a heat gun and pliers. Why dont they just make it the right depth to begin with to match the air intake sensor's length? And then make life easier by pre-laoding it into the pipe?As well; the mount braket must be bent to fit, sideways, which risks shear. we will see how long it lasts. seems the welds were strong and hold nice for the bracket. had to bend bracket fingers about 1/2" direct horizontal plane to get it to mount up.Ran it and after about 2 minutes the squealing goes away as all the seals & the filter media form up and self seal under vacuum. makes no more loud noise now. sounds good. havent checked mileage. dont intend to. i needed to make space for a gas atomizer mod i am installing in the compartment.

Gotta say for only $60 or so, this is a great value compared to the K&N brand which runs over $200! The only reason this will not get 5 stars is because it comes with zero instructions, and it does not fit perfectly. The brackets don’t line up right. I’m ok with it. Once I found where I wanted it, I tightened it all up and it will get the job done. Going forward, I may just buy a K&N air filter to replace this one it came with, I have no idea how it will hold up or if it is washable like the K&N ones are…
