Does this thread onto a regular broom handle ?

You can stick a broom handle into the handle, even thou there are no threads, just give it a good twist. It may come loose with usage, so just twist once in a while while working. Wood gives. If you want a semi-permanent wood handle than screw a wood screw through a hole in the handle. I'm speaking from experience not guessing simply because there are no threads. Or you can always shape the wood to the handle with a course sandpaper and a wood screw securing the handle.

Does this come with wrist strap?

This item does not come with a wrist strap.

Can I slide the handle down to one end of the blade if i loosen the screws?

The handle acts as a clamp for the squeegee so yes you can reposition the blade to any position.
