This adapter for US to UK is great! Sturdy and easy to use! It fits into my CPAP bag easily and functioned perfectly!

I used several of these adaptors to enable the use of electronic equipment fitted with Type A USA plugs, and they work perfectly.There are two 'traps' which most people seem to have with any adaptor of this sort.1. They think it changes the voltage that the appliance fitted to them will work at, for example UK 240V magically becomes 110v USA. This product explains this in the instructions that come with it. Check what the working voltage is for whatever you're plugging in. If it is designed to work at 240V or has a switching power supply rated 100V -240V AC then it will be fine.2. They don't read the instructions properly regarding the extra care required when inserting the USA plug into the adaptor. As pointed out in the instructions, because UK plugs are required to have the 'safety shutters' over the live and neutral receptacles, the USA plug needs to be inserted at a slight upwards angle, to ensure that the mechanism providing this safety feature moves the shutters down and allow insertion.I am very pleased with this product and would not hesitate to purchase again. I certainly wouldn't advise buying the cheap and nasty, 'ten a penny', ones of which there are numerous.

I bought 6 of these (3 two-packs) when I moved to the UK from the USA. Those multi-country travel adapters always break on me, so I went for these simpler ones. They work! I might buy a couple more for when guests visit. I haven't had them very long, but they seem sturdy. All 6 are fine, and I think they will last.

We are an international family with frequent trips to and from North America and these adapters are an essential part of our tool kit to manage our electrical appliances. We were recently gifted some internal lighting (110/240v) and these adapters worked for us out of the box. Excellent value and great quality.

Cons: they’re chunky, so if you don’t want your plugs sticking out half a mile from the wall; these won’t be for youPros: they actually work. This is important bc I’ve bought other adapters that don’t - crazy as that sounds. They also feel solid and substantial, which I personally like. It’s a pack of 2, so what seems expensive - isn’t. It’s a British company : none of this poor quality imported stuff.

Great well built adapter to convert US to UK 3 pin. Really solid built adapter glad i bought the 2 pack.Has child safety tag so a little firm to first plug 3 pin in but so solidly built the adapter withstood firm handling.
