I saw some of the comments here about the bag only being filled half way so I weighed it and the net weight is in fact 1lb as advertised so not sure what the problem is. I think not filling it all the way to the top is better anyway so it doesn’t go everywhere when you open the bag like flour does. Also the taste is perfectly sweet and although it doesn’t dissolve as perfectly as granulated sugar, it dissolved well enough. I was using monk fruit with erythritol which gave me and my wife kidney stones so pure date sugar is a great alternative.

If you are needing to watch your sugar intake, have diabetes or simply looking for a better alternative to sugar, this is it. At least it is one viable option.

Great product to use as an alternative to sugar. I use this on my pancakes or create a syrup for my sweet potatoes! (Not a substitute to put in coffee or tea bc it’s high fiber. But good for smoothies!)
