Bought this inverter in december 2019,it worked well without issue till last week. I had used a kettle many time before however this time it failed and showed no output. I contacted the seller who gave me some ideas to try to resolve the issue. None worked .within 3 days a replacement had arrive. They were fast , apologetic,and true to there word .

You spend hundreds of £ pounds on a converterAnd still unable to use it because the remote control takes a special batteryWhich I would of thought it would be supplied with the inverter when purchasedCheap skate brings to mindNot happy at all😡😡😡😡😡

Worked great for a few weeks then failed to power on and started to smoke only running 3 battery chargers off it so nowhere near its claimed output contact seller no response

i am very pleased with this inverter it runs my compressor a 2kw kettle and all the lights and power tools in my van,i hope in my heart they make an even more powerful one

To be fair, I bought this item as a near new product from Amazon warehouse. It had probably been returned by a previous customer who I believe wired it incorrectly causing the cooling fans to burn out.It arrived on time, I thought I was clever by saving 30 odd quid, till I wired it up. It did boil a kettle easily, however, the cooling fans never kicked in, smoke started pouring out the back. I immediately disconnected it, and sent it back.I umm'd and ahhh'd about buying a new one of the same brand, but unfortunately, this experience put me off. A brand new item may have performed perfectly.I ended up buying a recommended well known brand at nearly twice the price.Lesson learned. Just because it's Amazon Warehouse, and cheaper, it's not necessarily the better option.

Brought one of these in July its now Jan so that I can run my business remotely out in the middle of nowhere if I needed power, worked fine for a month or two (very light use) it struggles to run a 1200w heat gun it keeps stopping and starting very frustrating be careful when buying

I had the bigger brother to this which was very near perfect, no longer available so bought this just to power a 1000w kettle, let's just say it was problematic
