Cake Flour Wheat Flour 1kg by Royal Fan

My granddaughter wanted to bake a red velvet cake. After some research I noted that a "cake flour". was recommended.It certainly helped to produce an exceptional cake which was devoured over Christmas!

My son recently got married and I was in charge of making the cake - sponge with lemon butter icing. I used an American recipe which listed this flour (never heard of it before) but because of the occasion I thought I would stick to the ingredients and sent for it. I was so glad I did - it made a beautiful light sponge and I had lots of compliments.
