The product quality is really good, no doubt about that.Installation process also very simple.Unfortunately the wall plug inside the box was upside down, and I've to contact seller for a replacement. They answered in a couple days and the problem solved less than 2 weeks.The local team (Mr. Kyle) send me the alternative wall plug which solve my outdoor setup problem.

Purchased this monitor to pair up with my outdoor air monitoring system. Connection to my AirVisual app took two attempts, but worked. I like the feature to view my outdoor air quality on the left side of the the large screen. This gives me a direct comparison between my indoor and outdoor air quality. The unit is quiet enough to use in the bedroom. The screen can be turned on and off with a press of the button. The app integration is nice and shows historic data from the monitor by hour, day and month. Best monitor I have used so far.

It doesn't work, I wasted 2 hours trying to make it work

The product's quality was extremely poor. Within the first month of use, it stopped working, so I sent it back to the company for a replacement. Instead of providing a new product, they simply fixed the issue and sent it back to me. It worked properly for about two months, and then it stopped working again. I highly recommend against purchasing products from this company. The after-sales service is terrible, and they are unfortunately promoting a product from Switzerland.
