I recommend this laptop
It is amazing I’ve had it for a couple of weeks it has been working great this computer is not touchscreen but it is very convenient and is the perfect size

Having had this laptop for years now I can say I wish I got something that was NOT owned by google. They really limit what you can install on your own laptop and that's pretty cringe... and it's awful for playing games since they don't let you download steam

Don't waste your money on refurbished electronics!
I received this laptop around the 20th of May. By July, it couldn't even be turned on. My granddaughter is a very responsible 12 year old who is computer savvy. I knew it was a refurbished computer but I still expected more than a month and a half use from it. I contacted the seller and they directed me to the manufacturers website for troubleshooting. How exactly does one troubleshoot a laptop that cannot turn on? With this covid 19 pandemic, my granddaughter will be doing most if her school work from home. This is just not acceptable. I will never purchase a "refurbished " item again. Very disappointing.

Safest way to surf the web
Previously had an earlier model Chromebook, but keyboard was damaged while moving (black). The new Chromebook (silver) signed right in and works just like it was the old one (but better, faster, etc). Living off the small screen of a phone without a keyboard has been a real pain in the arse for the past year. As a Valentine's Day gift it can really melt the heart (or so she tells me!)
