Q: Will this product work on a 2018 E 450 16’ box truck.

It will help but you may need to get something that goes to the top of box.

Q: My truck has a camper shell. there are two thule track on the shell. can it be somehow attached to the track?

This thing is made to hook with straps and hooks to the inside of the door frame and that should be far enough back to work. Mine hook to the back door frame of my extended cab silverado and it shoots the wind over top of my camper.

Q: How does this work with pulling a travel trailer - aka bumper pull? would the shield be too far from the rv in an f150?

No, it would with any type travel trailer or fifth wheel.

Q: Are these easy to take on and off? because i barley fit in my garage as it is so i would only want to have them on all the time.

Actually once it is set up with the straps adjusted right, it is not hard to put on or take off. Measure your garage door height and the height of your pickup adding the folded down height of the air deflector. I have a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 and it will go through my 7 foot high garage door without taking it off. If you have a 3/4 ton pickup it might not fit through the door with the deflector on.
