An Easy Set Up for a Sleek and Affordable DVD Player
A longer length USB HDMI cable would have been preferred. I had to buy a ten foot cable to accommodate my system.

Poor Quality- Avoid
Not a good quality. Bought for a Christmas present, it was used once or twice a week, and stored in a cabinet between uses. Worked fine for the first 8-10 plays and now it's not working. The tray opens and closes over and over and won't read a DVD as it doesn't stay closed long enough to catch. Tried unplugging to reset but that did nothing. It's still clean and spotless but gently blew out the tray to ensure no debris was in the way, still won't work. We used it less than two months before it quit working. Of course, we're beyond the return window so money wasted.

Just what we needed.
We just needed a simple DVD player to watch some old movies and this was just perfect. Easy to set up and easy to use. Very happ with this product. Great quality for the price.

User manual and user information woefully deficient and inadequate.
It was obvious that the makers of this device are not fluent and proficient in the English language. Especially bothersome is that certain key information, such as the required video format for playing videos from a USB is not clearly explained anywhere.It does not appear that Amazon permits a purchaser to send a question to the manufacturer, the only way found on the site is to contact customer service (and I doubt they know the details of questions like mine on video format for USB files. I did not try this route, because I managed to convert my .MP4 file to a .VOB file, and this was a solution that made me decide to keep the device and not return it.
