Q: It doesn't seem to want to adhere to my skin. falls off with water. thus, it always feels like shaving with no cream at all. what am i doing wrong?

Wash face with hot water. Then apply small amount to hands and rub over hands. Then apply to shaving area. It’s a great product with a comfortable shave.

Q: Does this contains parabens? Do you need a shaving brush to use this?

Dear Asterix, our shaving cream does not contain parabens, nor do any of our many other grooming products. Our shaving cream is formulated to be easy to apply by hand, though many of our customers do use a brush out of habit and/or preference.
