The card stock quality is excellent, but unfortunately, the box arrived damaged by UPS, and one of the packs was missing. When I contacted Amazon, they insisted I return the entire 50lb box, even though all I need is a replacement pack or a partial refund. It just doesn’t make sense.

The box was destroyed as well as one ream of paper inside

We love this paper because it always produces professional looking documents for our company sales team.And this vendor usually takes better care of the products during the delivery process. As you can see, this time, they did not. Vendor warehouse workers should not be picking damaged cartons of paper to fill orders, and UPS/FedEx/USPS/Amazon should take better care while transporting and delivering shipments.Because our turnaround time on print orders is tight, we depend on timely delivery of products we order through Amazon. Lately it seems like no matter who is selling and fulfilling our orders, they take an unsatisfactorily long time to arrive, and when they do arrive the shipments are so damaged that we have to throw half of it away.(We recycle the damaged paper, though. We're not monsters.)

Great Product & Timely delivery

I ordered Hammermill Cardstock, Premium Color Copy, 80 lb, 8.5 x 11-8 Pack (2,000 Sheets) - 100 Bright. It arrived on time and in good condition. Using it for cards, badges, Cricut and other craft projects. Actually, the Cricut works better with 65 lb, but it can handle the 80 lb. I was making 25 centerpieces for a luncheon and I find that Cricut works better with 65 lb, but it can handle 80 lb in a pinch for smaller projects. Great cardstock to have on hand!
