Could be a little bigger
These dispenser do come loaded with bags. The bags worked for picking up dog poop. However once it's gone I have to load it with new bags, of course. I purchased a ton of the black amazon ones which came with dispensers as well. The amazon bags do fit in these dispensers, but it's tight. These dispensers also pop right out. There's no twisting. Quality is what you would expect for the price. I have these hanging outdoors in a covered area. Will update if they start cracking or for some reason stop working.

Poop bag holder
These hold poop bags just fine. But, the ring to attach to the leash is pretty brittle.

Definitely a great find and purchase
I have a dog sitting business and have these every few feet on my fence so I always have access to poo bags. They are colorful and look cute. So far so good. They hold the bags with a tube in the center of the roll. With the current bags I bought, I have to take off 1 or 2 bags for the roll to fit, but that doesn't bother me. Great price, really cute and useful. Seem to be holding up to sun and heat. I will buy these again when they wear out.

This is the best design, and the price is very reasonable.
I've tried several designs of this idea ranging from cheap to expensive, and over 10 years ago I received a pair of these for free at a pet expo and I keep going back to them. The only reason my previous one failed is because I slipped on some ice and cracked the lid. Otherwise, they're rock solid. I changed the cheap plastic hanger for a metal caribeaner.
