I trust Dr Joseph Mercola is great source of information
I was happy to find a vitamin without metal oxides, like zinc oxide.As a layperson I think metal oxides are the least bioavailable and could be harmful but is the cheapest.I was disappointed that even multi-vitamins from vitamins I bought in the mall has metal oxides.I think Dr Mercola's information can be a lifesaver.

Good product, cheap on packaging.
Good vitamins, but they always arrive with some broken since they stopped packing the bottle with cotton some time ago; the pills just rattle around in there during delivery. It's a direct contradiction to the "Mercola=quality" review left by others.

Dr. Mercola equals quality - always
A Mercola fan for many years of his information and his quality products. His customer service is excellent and never a hassle in anyway! That is hard to find currently.The only semi complaint is tablets are large so split up to swallow. But that is just me. The also have a nice odor as many multi vitamins don'tFan for life!

MERCOLA Multivitamin Excellent like all his other products!
So working on my health including other Dr MERCOLA supplements, and the Multivitamin is another hit. Just felt overall better, and I like all that’s in it. Also, understand why you have to take more than one or two with all good stuff listed. It makes a difference which I needed. Have my spouse on it now too! It’s great! Oh, arrived packed well and really fast shipping. Thanks!

Mercola = Quality
Mercola's stuff is the best. The only drawback with this product is that a dose = 8 good-sized tablets! It has to be that way due to how much they jam in, but swallowing them with morning coffee can be an adventure. This product is very complete, however, and ultimately worth the trouble.

Great quality, reputation.
ABSORBANCY? I don't know why that is listed for ratings, but gave it a five so as not to harm rating..I swallow them one at a time, or bite in half..You take 8/day, spaced out. I feel good after using these for quite a while.
