I had a trip to NC with a very messy rottie mix. She likes to move from window to window as if the air on the sides of the car are different!!When getting it, there is a bit of a chemical smell but in my experience, it went away pretty quickly. I sprayed it down with fabric freshener and it took the smell right out. I did get a bit confused with setting it up but I think that was from user error versus the product itself! The little pocket that is on the inside is super helpful too! I keep the leashes and poop bags in there and they are out of the way and cannot get messed up from the fur baby. She's pretty active too and her nails didn't rip, tear, or smudge the material at all. It's a pretty thick and durable material! The seat belt clip also works WONDDERRRS. Gave her enough room to move around comfortably, but kept her safely in place so she wasn't falling around with the movement of the car. It also folds up pretty easily so if you have passengers, you can just put it up or fold it to the side with no problem.Highly recommend this product!

First, we've ordered four of these because they work well.We bought the first one for our 50lb dog to try it out in my wife's car, a Honda HR-V. It worked well and kept our pup in the back seat. The ease of cleaning it after walking trails was a big plus. The mesh panel that zips down allows him to get air when it is up and to stick his head between the seats when it is down. After a week traveling with it, we bought another one for my Honda Passport. It is adjustable enough that the same size fits both SUVs.Our daughter brought her foster dog to visit from 90 minutes away. She saw ours and was going to order one, but we gave her one of ours since she still had a return trip with her foster. We reordered to replace the one we gave away.Then, my dad visited with his 76lb dog before going to the vet. His dog gets car sick. Once more, we gave him one for the return trip and ordered a fourth one. They work well, are easy to install and clean up easier than the seats.

This is relatively ok. Material seems sturdy and easy to clean. My biggest issue is the buckles don't hold together and they pull apart easily. The cinch to take up slack also slides so you can't tighten the straps any.My last one (different brand) went 25,000+ miles with a spastic dog and never did the buckles give our. I will keep it and probably zip tie them together which is annoying bud tolerable.

The media could not be loaded. My pup is a jumper! Jumps in and out the car, jumps from every seat front back floor just everywhere, damages door panels with her claws trying to put head out window, attempts (or at least I think and fear she does) to jump out window also claws up my leather seats and middle console sliding everywhere. I got home at night and immediately installed easily and we HAD TO TEST IT OUT! Went on 1st car ride around town quick & loved it! I have NEVER been able to enjoy her in the car & with this I absolutely can & so can she! My panels are safe, she is safe, and now we can ride with windows down. I’ve never be so excited!Oh right you came to read about the product lol now the product - easy install, seems super durable, fits my back seat (Hyundai Sonata) perfectly! JUST PERFECT!
