As my lichen sclerosus progressed I was in so much pain, this book saved me! I can’t tell you how grateful I am for all the helpful advice, not quite in remission yet! But definitely lots better.

A Down To Earth book for those with Lichen Sclerosis. A book that not only focuses on scientific evidence but has gathered information from ordinary women about their management of this condition. I had no idea how dreadful this condition could become and how it can vary in degrees of seriousness and distress but there is an abundance of where to get support and advice on managing to live with it. Easy to read and I am grateful to have learned so much. All women should be aware of this condition.

It explains the Borax treatments, from the point of 2 other sufferers. There are other interesting topics.More here than you can find in one place on the internet.
