Bought it for chai, but it’s my new potpourri. ;)
The smell is amazing. Brought me back to homemade chai in India and small batch candies and spice vendors in Guatamala. I milled this is in my nutribullet, and add to my chai latte concentrate to give it some kick. And I sprinkle over a tsp of honey with ground spice cloves and minced garlic for an immunity/GI boost. It’s surprisingly delicious. That said, my favorite part, has been the smell it leaves behind in my compact dishwasher. My guests and neighbors can smell it brewing and love it too.
