Problem feet - tried many different inserts, these win!
After a nightmarish evening in 3" Cole Haan stilettos - renowned for their comfort - I thought I would have to give up on wearing heels. I ordered about 5 different types of heel inserts in one last-ditch effort. These were the winner by far.My main issue isn't so much cushioning, but my feet slipping forward in pointed-toe shoes - my toes get pinched and my heel slips out the back. These are the ONLY insert I tried that effectively addressed that issue, even better than another pair of inserts with a shallow molded ridge specifically designed for that purpose (Acebone). The molding at the front edge of these is quite thick, so the ball of my foot sinks into the hollow area and is then held from moving by the front ridge. I also love the cushioning - I was surprised the first time I stood up to feel them squish! To test, I actually walked on the treadmill in my stilettos for about 5 minutes. Yes, the pointed toe still hurt, but I actually managed to walk properly in them - even power-walk at 3mph - instead of the unstable, slipping hobble-walk of before. BIG WIN.EDIT 5/1:Precise placement is paramount. Here are some tips after fiddling around with them (I now have them in 4 pairs of heels). They go further back than you might think. Never fully on the flat ball. The higher the heel, the further back they go. This helps prevent the toe becoming too tight, as well as also helping prevent slip-forward. I've found usually the back half of the insert will be up on the slope, and the front ridge will hit just in front of your ball joint, beneath the pad. This looks weird in the shoe - some overlap beyond the sole on the inside arch - but it feels much better!Sometimes it helps to tilt the insert outwards if your outer toes are further back than your big toe. This helps prevent squishing the outer toes, but it will look weird in your shoe.

I will absolutely be a repeat customer!
I purchased these inserts for my wedding day shoes, which were 4 inch stilettos. The last thing I wanted was to be distracted by foot pain on such a special day, and after shelling out the money for the perfect shoes, I didn't want to have to take them off so that I could mingle with guests or dance painlessly. These are a game changer and I WILL repurchase another set! They adhere to the sole of the shoe and do not budge. They are thin enough that they don't compromise the fit of your shoe, but offer the perfect amount of support to keep aches on the balls of your feet completely at bay. Note: They are not able to be removed from one pair of shoes and then used in another due to the strong adhesive (it will rip the Heelho). If you have more than one pair of shoes that cause aches, you will need to purchase a set of Heelho Insoles for each pair.

Definitely overpriced, but good product
Too expensive for a single pair of shoe inserts, but I really do like their level of comfort and the thickness is just right. Wish they were reasonably priced, because I would definitely buy more!

Worked great for a few hours, not great for long-time wear
I'm conflicted on how to rate these... on one hand, they REALLY helped with a pair of shoes I needed to wear for a work event. But by the end of my shift they had gotten all scrunched up in the toebox area and caused more harm than good. If needed to wear for more than a few hours, might have to throw out at the end of the night like I did.

BUYER BEWARE This felt good the first hour
BUYER BEWAREThis felt good the first hour, after that they were flat. These are nothing but light weight THIN foam. This seller should not be able to sell these to peopleWorst money I have ever spent. I read reviews, even the one about them tearing when you take them out. I thought I would just not stick them to the shoe.If you are going to buy this, just throw your money out the window first.High Heel Pain? It's a miracle!
I was very skeptical when I saw these but thought I would give them a try. A little background....I am 53 with bunions. I haven't been able to wear heels for over 10 years. The pain it causes when I step down while wearing heels is beyond excruciating! It would feel like a hot poker on the balls of my feet and make my toes go numb. I have a pair of boots with heels I have never been able to wear. So I followed the directions (which from what I read in reviews, is very important) put them in my boots and hesitantly took a few steps. Absolutely no pain! I actually was able to go out for the night and wear them without a bit of pain. Amazing! I will say, that pair of boots do not have a zipper on the side so getting them in place was quite difficult. I can now shop for some heels!! No more flats.

Definitely great purchase - can now wear heels that have just been in my closet looking pretty.
Love these. I can now wear heels that have just been in my closet looking pretty because I would need to be in them for longer than my feet could tolerate. This insole design has definitely reduced the pressure on the center "ball" of my foot where before after wearing heels, for even a short period of time, I would have either pain or numbness then followed by pain if not while wearing the heels, then after taking them off.Have purchases several and given some to friends. I don't remove the the strips on the adhesive so I can re-position them as needed - if they are not lined up well, they don't help and can even cause discomfort.Only drawback so far is that they made my heels too comfortable for lack of a better description. Now even my heels that were comfortable (at least I thought they were) without any insoles are now uncomfortable so I have had to put a set in that pair also - guess I've gotten spoiled.

They seemed great but...
The first time I wore these I thought they were amazing. The cushion added to uncomfortable heels seemed to be just what I needed. Now, four wears later, the cush is gone and they've gone "flat". Love the concept of this product but am going to try a different brand.
