Healthy ingredients, however the taste is awful. So I put the pill to the side inside my mouth then swallow. (it makes it much more tolerable to swallow). (do not put on your tongue to swallow)So far so good. With flu symptoms going around, I have been healthy! And I do a tremendous amount of traveling.

I have been taking it for approximately 3 weeks and do feel a noticeable difference. The only drawback is the garlic taste I experience . However the garlic taste is only for a short period of time. With the crazy viruses of today you cannot have a weak immune system. Immune Support is the immune system boost everyone needs!

Lately my stomach has been sensitive to fast food and my diet has been very poor but I noticed about 3 days into taking the supplements that my stomach doesnt seem to upset easily and im not carrying bloat i probably have to give it a few weeks before I notice my immune system health doing better. Although after a week i did notice less acne breakouts.

I really could not tell a difference taking this support. Easy to swallow.

These vitamins are a must have! I had been getting sick often and since taking these vitamins, I haven't gotten sick. They have a garlic taste when you first put them in your mouth, but that's the only time you taste it. I'll deal with that in order to stay healthy.

These pills seem to work and help. But the pill count is short in both bottles.
