A good product, easy to use and helpful for soothing back pain.

Huge relief! My broken shoulder is benefitting already..it's longer than I expected and nice and weighty. Not a strong lavender aroma but pleasant nevertheless. Hot to begin with but not uncomfortably so and seems to be holding the heat.

This heat pad is a good length to fit along neck and shoulders. Very effective and would recommend. Also has a wonderful lavender perfume emitted.

Mostly a great review.I have neck stiffness and lower back pain and find warming these areas suit me well.So I bought this wheat bag after hearing good things about these.It arrived quickly, it's good quality, well made and looks great. It even smells really good too (I have the lavender infused version).My only issue is that after warming in the microwave (70 seconds in an 800w machine) it doesn't retain it's heat for long enough.It's nice and warm when it comes out of the microwave (I wouldn't want it any hotter), but after 6 to 7 minutes it's lost most of it's heat - I mistakenly thought it should last longer.So I give this 4 to 5 stars for most aspects of the review, but only a 3 star overall rating.
