No odor supplement
These are #60 blue capsules, they aren’t super big but about the size of an antibiotic I would say. Directions say take 1 capsule once or twice per day. The bottle does say take with a meal and a full glass of water, so be mindful of that. (The first one I took before I read that without a meal and water and I didn’t have any issue, but I try to follow the directions now)Some supplements have an odor you can smell through the capsule BUT THESE DONT, I was so relieved. I have no trouble taking them.As far as effects on the skin, just as a lot of products I really cannot measure any changes at this time I started them recently. The ingredients are great, though. The packaging does give off a high quality look in my opinion. I have no complaints.

This is an easy way to take collagen. The capsules are easy to swallow. They seem to do what I expect collagen to do with no ill effect.

Collagen Supplements with Glutathione
The product contains Collagen and Glutathione with Vitamine C, E to support skin health like improve skin hydration and elasticity, reduce wrinkles, dark spots.I'm taking the Makari Blue Supplement for 2 weeks and have not recognized any improvement nor side effects, but aging is hard to fight so if you're taking collagen/glutathione for a youthful appearance, it will take months to show the result.This is a made in France product, package was sealed tight, expiration date 05/2026, bottle has 60 capsules and suggested dosing 2 capsules a day so it's good for a month.Price seems higher than similar products, but if it works, I consider buy more as youthful appearance is priceless.

First they said lemon was good for the skin, then they said it doesn't work, now they say it does...
Great blend of collagen and glutathione with the addition of lemon. Lemon has been used by people for years to improve skin elasticity, among other things. Experts have gone back and forth on its utility. As of this review, I have been reading studies indicating that eating LEMON PEEL may give you the benefits of powerful oxidants. Who knows? I DO know that supplementing with collagen caps and glutathione seems to improve my skin a lot, reduce blemishes, and increase the smoothness. I use a ton of collagen.This is a great addition to my collagen routine and seems to contain the right amounts of the ingredients I believe help my skin look its best and stave off the effects of getting older.
