I decided to take 2 beetroot extract capsules morning along with my magnesium supplement.I drank plenty of water (being hydrated matters) and did 20minutes of walking on the treadmill.Then this happened: 127/72That's phenomenal since my bp readings kept fluctuating to 180/80165/74 and 158/65. The readings has been all over the place.Hopefully now, it will stabilize.I took a chance, I encourage you to consider it for peace of mind.

Decided to count the capsules (something I'm usually not compelled to do). There were only 59 usable cspsules. The 60th was defective and not filled. I have never used this product before so I cannot speak to its effectiveness at this time.

Researched nitrate supplementation for a while. Dr Mercola has helped me for free with his website and videos for years. I decided to support him by buying from his store.My wife and I did a little study on ourselves and both feel this helped with fatigue. (especially post covid.)We tested saliva and were deficient. After taking this our saliva levels are better.
