Works! Easy install and great quality
It is hard to find real reviews as most of them are fake!I have received nicely packet battery in great condition, was really easy to install and it looked better than my old original battery :) Screw holes in the same position no problems with that,I did check battery health it was showing me even 100% I was surprised.Just buy it you won't regret it.Google my name if have more questions

Battery life
Easy to install.Make sure you remove all of the screws .Need a small cross head or hex.Unfortunately despite paying a premium this lasted no more than3months before losing charge and 5 months before it gave up altogether .It is sons laptop for Uni and he needs it to be portable .Waste of money ,unfortunately Amazon does not replace lifed items eg batteries .Buyer beware .I have taken it to local computer shop where I will get a12month warranty for a similar priced item

Good Dell battery - so - far
Only recently installed this, but the battery arrived promptly, was available (Dell don't have them), was easy to install, currently works well and resolved the swollen battery it replaced meaning my laptop now closes properly without a raised mouse pad. Happy so far.

Got this battery on time and looks almost exactly the same as the battery in my Dell XPS 15 9560 and the replacement process took much longer than expected as Dell OVER-TIGHTENS the screws on the battery I believe with the intention of making you strip your screws. So once you can’t get the battery out you would be forced to send the laptop to them making you pay a boat load of cash for a new battery. Oh and by my surprise Dell won’t replace the battery for free because it just so happens the battery has issues RIGHT AS MY WARRANTY EXPIRES. Crazy right? (Which is what happened to me and many many others) lucky for me I have a tech shop near my house and they removed the stripped screws for free. Moral of the story, never buy a Dell. ANYWAYS the battery looks promising and works with 0 issues so far, will update in the future. For now 10/10

false capacity and poor quality
After 13 charge cycles, the battery capacity was only ~60% of original according to battery Device info. Plus I believe that the original capacity was a lie because 97Wh at average 10w power draw should have lasted atleast 9hrs not 3.5 which was only slightly better than the 5 year old battery in the laptop.I would only recommend this battery if the one in your laptop is non functioning and you need one very quickly. Otherwise avoid this at all costs. I have since purchased an original dell one from eBay for £70 which is well worth the extra money.

Works perfectly with XPS 15 9560
Settled on this after a fair bit of research. Fits a Dell XPS 15 9560 (no HDD, just SSD) perfectly. Bios accepted it and rated its health as Excellent. Cycled a few times now with no problems. Very happy, especially as official Dell replacement not even available…
