This Jolly Old Beast Still Has Some Bite!
I've been looking for an old school case for some time. When I found this older guy, I was so darn happy! He's big, he's hefty, he's sturdy as heck, and he can do just about anything you ask.The hard drive cage is a huge thing for me since I use a ton of storage. It even provides additional space between each drive to give a little air flow to help keep the drives cool. I was able to mount my 240mm radiator to the very top of the case without any problems, although if I wanted I could have gone with a 360! The inside is BIG so you can fit just about any motherboard in it and even some of the longest of GPUs. I was easily able to get the MSI RTX 4070 3 fan GPU in this case with room to spare. The included tiedowns with the logos on them was a nice addition and they also include a nice hard plastic case with tons of various screws to help you put your built together. And not just a bunch of screws thrown into a plastic container. They are all sorted and each has its' own section so no digging through a bunch of screws trying to find the one you need. The included fans were also a nice thing. The 200mm in the front moves enough air into the case to keep temps under control. There is also a 120mm rear fan they include, but I replaced it with one of mine.Downsides? He's a bit heavy. That's expected though because of the materials used. Once you get your build in there, it will obviously be even heavier so do take care when moving it. Some might say its lack of RGB is a downside, but I bought this case specifically because it didn't have any RGB stuff. Remember, this is a ten year old case and it came out before everything had to have RGB.If you prefer a super silent build, you will run into issues here. The 200mm fan isn't loud, but if you use the top for a radiator, those fans will be audible. For me, it's fine and I only really hear them when my CPU (5900x) ramps up.Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. This old case does everything I want and nothing I don't. I hope Phanteks continues to make this case available because I know there has to be more people out there that don't want all that flashy stuff. Some of us just want a good ol sturdy boy that can house a ton of storage, has good cable management, and can even support a couple of optical drives if needed (I have a Blu Ray drive in my build). If you want small, flashy, RGB, this is obviously NOT the case for you. If you're kickin' it old school with optical drives and a stack of HDDs, you can't go wrong with this big guy!

For the money, the ABSOLUTE BEST Full Tower case on the Market. ( I bought 3)
I will preface this review with this: I like this case so much I bought 3 of them.I am constantly inside of a PC Case. I am building either a Gaming PC, a File Server or a NAS, almost on the daily, and have been doing it a LONG time. (30 Years)I will say without a doubt in todays current RGB, TEMPERED GLASS, NEON FAN empty box craze this was a sight for sore eyes. BLACK!! Yes simply smooth BLACK, with clean lines, and all the space and fans one could need. Plenty of Cable routing and places to secure zip ties. ( YES ZIP TIES can go every where behind the board), and Drive bays you ask? You better believe it.This case is a homage to the days when PC cases were made to last multiple generations of CPU's and you knew when you bought one, that it was going to be with you for a very, very long time. Back then you didn't buy a new case because you needed it, you bought a new case because you got bored of the same box under your desk for 10 years straight... Well my friends this is that box RESURRECTED.No glass to break, no crazy lights, no neon fans, just pure and simple class, and craftmanship. Phanteks is now my one go to case manufacturer.-Dust Filters (Yes)- Quality Materials (Yes, well mostly. Plastic top cover I'm looking at you, but at least it looks like brushed metal)-Rolled Metal on every single internal Surface (Perfect)-Smooth Matte Black and Glossy surfaces with Chrome accents (Classy)-Perfect cable routing and spacing( Oh yes)-Fans/Filters possible on the Bottom ( yep)- Full 360mm Radiator mounting ( No Problem)-An Awesome Tool case with all your parts and screws organized for you ( Really)-Good Instructions ( if you read those things)- Space for( ALL THE THINGS)- MOST Important.. REAL Hard drive trays and storage space for So...so many drives.-Almost Unlimited Expandability ( to within sane levels of Expansion, I mean)Buy it, build it, Love it. ( I Like so much my next 3 builds are using this case if that means anything)BUT...and this is a BIG BUT.... buy it asap because they have already raised the price on it 10.00 since I bought it a month ago. (Don't think I didn't notice)
