Good for proper usage
IT FITS IN THE BAG JUST FINE!Guys, the top goes in first, not the feet. Use your head. Kinda worries me that someone using a ladder can't figure out how to use the bag properly lol. Also, quit putting your thumb/finger in the way of the rungs when you retract it. Gravity is a thing. Be smart...It's as sturdy as you'd think it is for the price/material. I would not use this for heavy construction. But for painting and drywall in a stairwell, sure! It's more wobbly the higher you go, but not uncomfortably so. If you're used to ladders, this is way more practical than busting out the little giant every time. The buckle is a convenient way of securing unused rungs so you can move the ladder around without needing to adjust the height.Way easier to store and way easier to deploy when needed. Huge time saver and cuts down on the annoyance of moving around a bulky ladder.

Sturdy, Lightweight, and Reliable: A Must-Have Telescoping Ladder
I recently purchased the 15.5FT Aluminum Telescoping Ladder, and it has quickly become an essential tool for my home improvement projects. This ladder's lightweight design makes it easy to carry and maneuver, yet it remains incredibly sturdy and secure thanks to its high-quality aluminum construction and non-slip feet. The collapsible design is a standout feature, allowing for easy storage and transport. It extends smoothly and locks securely at various heights, making it versatile for tasks like changing light bulbs, painting, and cleaning gutters. The clear markings and locking indicators ensure safe usage, and the non-slip rungs add extra security. In terms of build quality, the ladder feels durable and well-made, showing no signs of wear after multiple uses. Overall, the 15.5FT Aluminum Telescoping Ladder is a fantastic investment for anyone needing a reliable, lightweight, and secure ladder for various tasks around the home.

Good ladder, but some details worth knowing
I bought this as an intermediate-size ladder for work around the house. I already have a 24' aluminum extension ladder, and I have a 7' stepladder, but if I wanted to do things like clean the upper window in the foyer or change a high lightbulb, the stepladder was too short, and the 24' monster was often too big. This fits that intermediate size pretty well. It's sturdy — not as sturdy as my 24' monster is, but I wouldn't expect that from a collapsible ladder. But at the same time, I don't feel like it's going to fall apart. It's much easier to transport than the big one, too: I can just grab it and set it up in a matter of minutes. Collapsed, it's not exactly *light*, to be sure, but it's nowhere near as heavy as the big ladder. I'd compare carrying it to carrying two standard metal folding chairs under the same arm: Not light, but not heavy either.Make sure to check the latches as you expand it: Sometimes they don't always latch, and you have to be careful to push them in all the way so they secure for real.Warning: Be *extremely* careful collapsing it — I've pinched a thumb once already. It doesn't collapse quite the way you think it's going to collapse, with each rung going halfway down and then *stopping*. The rung above only goes the rest of the way down when the next rung below it goes down too. I'd recommend experimenting with it a few times with just the top three rungs so you get the hang of it before extending it fully. The included canvas bag is useless. I think it may be for the non-heavy-duty ladder that they make; I've tried hard, but I can't get the heavy-duty ladder into it; it's simply too wide. That's a shame, since it'd be nice to be able to put the bag on it when it's not in use, but the bag simply doesn't fit.So I give it four stars overall. It's sturdy and solid and doesn't feel like a toy or like it's going to collapse underneath me or break, and it does the job it's supposed to do pretty darn well. But given that I've pinched fingers already and will probably do so again given the way that it collapses, and given that the storage bag doesn't work at all, I can't quite give it the five-star review I want to give it.Still, I'm not sending it back, and I would buy it again. It's not poorly-made by any means, and I expect it'll last me through a whole lot of projects over the next several years.

Great Product
We bought this ladder specifically to paint the atrium in our bathroom. It was perfect for this long narrow space. The ladder is easy to extend and is well made, however you need to be very careful not to hurt your fingers when retracting and it's helpful to have four hands. There are warning labels on every rung about this. We purchased the heavy-duty version and there was minimal flex when climbing up the ladder. The only negative was the storage bag supplied did not fit. It was probably for a smaller model. However, you don't really need a storage bag. I would recommend this product and think it's great value for the price.

Wonderfully inventive!
What a great invention! If you don’t have a lot of room to store a traditional extension ladder, this is your answer. It is lightweight and comes in a carrying case with a cut out which makes it simple to carry. Each step slides up with ease and locks into place. Follow the directions to collapse and make sure your fingers or hands are not between the rungs because once released they fall down quickly. Once fully collapsed there is also a strap to keep everything locked into place. It takes up less than 3 feet of height and about 3 inches of width for storing in a narrow space. Whoever thought this up has a brilliant mind and I’m grateful! I’m a short female so now I can take care of little jobs at multiple heights by myself without having to wait for a man to do it!
