These books are an excellent way for young kids to get interested in reading in general. They are easy to read with enough illustrations to keep young kids interested.An excellent introduction to all of the Dickensian characters and stories.

A Dickens of a bargain buy
A well-designed box set of the basic story lines of Dickens which a bright child of 6 would enjoy to read for themselves. I will probably read them to my 5 year old grandson. An absolute bargain at the sale price for which I got them. At full price I might have thought twice. If in doubt buy one of them and see how the much the reader enjoys it.

Excellent and simplified
My 8 years old has read the entire collection within a week.The audiobooks are great.The simplified version is good for 7-8 years old
