I have used other back braces & this is the best one that I have used for my back disc. I put it on the same day that I received it, July 10, 2025 It is very durable an can be adjusted to your comfort level. I would highly recommend.

This is the one you want to buy.
This is a really great brace. The other reviews are not wrong. It is comfortable, easy to use, and works well. The tension is fully adjustable so you can make it is firm or as loose as you like. It can be worn discreetly under a t-shirt with no issues. It is comfortable to wear in the car for very long periods of time. I ordered a large. My waist is 33” and it fits perfect.

Freetoo Back Braces for Lower Back Pain Relief
A friend of mine recommended it. She wears it when carrying heavy shopping bags. It helped relieve my back pain a great deal through its back support. Its descriptions: 1) It's anti-skid lumbar support belt, 2) well wear under cloth; 3) breathable back support belt, 4) two slilicon anti skid; 5) durable; 6) relief waist support. All of the above are met w/the Amazon descriptions and it's well made. Note: I wore only 2 days, therefore, it's too early to note an accurate assessment and the description did not include "how to wash it."

made well, but a bit too long for a short-waisted person like me
though I had to return this item, I found it to be made very well and looked as if it would stand the test of time. I am comparatively short-waisted; something I hadn't considered when making my purchase. the backbrace was about 2 or so inches longer in length than I needed and it made it a bit uncomfortable to wear.
