I have used Sure-Jell for years. The product has worked for me in the past. This year I tried to make blueberry jelly using Sure-Jell. It did not set up properly. I may have gotten a bad batch, old batch or a batch that was not properly stored. It was a little disappointing but the blueberry syrup is still quite yummy.
