A Must-Have for Every Breastfeeding Mom
I can't recommend the Haakaa Manual Breast Pump enough! It's incredibly simple to use—just squeeze, attach, and let it gently collect milk hands-free while nursing on the other side. The soft silicone design is comfortable and easy to clean, and the compact size makes it perfect for on-the-go moms. Plus, the included lid and suction base prevent spills and make storage a breeze. It's a game-changer for building a milk stash without extra effort.

A must have for breastfeeding mama
I’m not a fan of the lady bug haaka but the other version is a must have. I put a little suction on it and it gathers plenty of milk while baby fed on the opposite side. The lady bug haaka didn’t suction and I ended up spilling the collected milk. It is truly passive collection only.

Great combo deal
Perfect combo deal. I wanted the traditional haaka to use to for an epsom salt soak when I have a clogged duct. The milk collection haaka works great when im feeding to collect the leaking milk from the other breast. No more breadtmilk soaked shirts for me!

Great Product
Been using both the Ladybug and the pump. The lady bug is great for its discreet size, but definitely doesn’t have the suction that the pump does. Great to put on the other breast that baby isn’t on when they are feeding. They are pretty intuitive as far as use and easy to clean. It’s a great way to capture what would’ve been leaking out anyway.

Savior!! helped my milk supply
This has been a savior for my milk supply. It has helped me oversupply so that my baby is extra content and chubby and also store milk away. I use it religiously ever since I left the delivery center. But it’s never too late to start using it. I did have to upgrade to the bigger one with a lid because i kept spilling milk. The catcher, however, didn’t find much use for it. You are better off just buying the haakaa itself.

Fantastic for catching letdown
This has been amazing for me!! The ladybug catches the letdown on my breast so I’m not wasting milk- in my prime of breastfeeding I was getting about 2oz extra a feed! It also saves you from needing to stick something in your bra to catch the letdown or soaking a bra pad. You will love this!

Useful tools for breastfeeding/pumping moms
I am an exclusive pumper but an under supplier so I didn’t have much use for the lady bug (it’s very cute though!). I feel like it would be useful for over supplier moms especially if they have very leaky breasts. The Haakaa came in handy for me when I was using my Spectra single electric pump and was only able to pump one side at a time. So I would attach the Haakaa to the opposite side of whatever side I was pumping to start collecting milk. I wouldn’t say that it helped me produce any extra milk, but rather it would give me a head start on that side. So if I was consistently pumping out 3 ounces per side in 20 minutes per side, by attaching the Haakaa to one side I could collect about an ounce or 1 1/2 ounces on that side so it would reduce the time needed to pump that side after finishing the other side. So cutting out up to 10 minutes or more of overall pumping time which was very helpful especially during the night. I did try to continue doing 20-30 minute pumping sessions even after using the Haakaa just to see if I could get any more milk but no luck, my output stayed the same each time regardless. The Haakaa also came in handy a few times that we lost power and my electric pump battery died. So I was able to remove a little milk on each side to relieve discomfort until power was restored and I could pump with the Spectra again. So to sum up it was helpful for me when I needed it and I’m certain that both items would be extremely helpful for over suppliers and those prone to engorgement.
