I bought this to help with my growing belly and to help with the pain. It’s amazing, it helped SO much. I can’t speak to being waterproof as I didn’t wear it in the water, but if I did sweat it managed to stay on.I only had to stop wearing it daily because I’m allergic to the adhesive, but I will still wear it when the rash isn’t so bad because it helps me so much.

This Kineso tape stays in place all day but also comes of easily with feeling like it’s taking skin with it. It’s a quality product

While I like it and it works well. I personally prefer the pre cut ones because then I know how long to do it. With this you kinda guess like for my wrist I cut 4 squares to wrap it but a good buy

This project is really stretchy and resistant. I am pregnant and cleaned took showers and did my other daily activities and this stuff did not budge! It is not overly sticky or painful to remove! But the adhesive did not do well on my skin it left red raised adhesions after 2 days of wear they were oozing I ignored the burning because it wasn’t bad and the ligament pain was gone the 2 days I used the tape. I don’t usually have sensitive skin or reaction to adhesives. So idk what happened would not recommend for sensitive skin or skin with stretch marks

I've been using KT tape on n off for six years now for a rotator cuff tear and was shown how to properly apply it by my PT. This is by far the worst tape I've used over the years. Adhesion is great when you first apply however it began to peel within a few hours and didn't hold up to me sitting down working a rug so I can't imagine using this during a workout or anything that causes you to break a sweat. By the four hour mark it had peeled to the point of zero support. Stability in the first hour was alright. The tape didn't feel like it was as supportive as other brands but it was better than nothing. I didn't test it with water because it didn't last long enough I'm assuming it wouldn't hold up due to me barely moving my arm back n forth causing the tape to release from my skin so easily. Will be returning and spending the extra money on a different brand.

Great price with the same benefits as the top brand. Helps with soreness and easy to use.
