I looked up the cartridge number for my kitchen mixer and ordered these! Absolutely perfect for the job and these new items seem really high quality (strong mechanism, well-machined components). Probably better than the original cartridges I replaced.Whole job, including clean-up and putting tools away, was completed in 20mins. No more dripping-tap driving us mad.Instructions, I think, are available via a leaflet in the packaging, but it's a straightforward job if you have a few rudimental tools.

After months of my kitchen taps dripping from the handle and occasional 'hammer' noise, this was the only cartridge that looked anything like the old ones. The detailed measurements and the number of teeth really helped when purchasing and the taps now work perfectly. Great product, thank you

Tap dripping again after just 12 months, so looking for a better quality product.

Queried whether they can tell me the proper cartridges for my tap. Replied same day with the type required. I ordered them and they were delivered the next day and they fitted perfectly. No more dripping tap!Excellent company to do business with.

Worked, for 5 months. Now leaking again. Think they get misaligned after use (Im not sure) have to push down the hot tap or lift up the cold tap for water to actually stop running. Screws they came with got corroded within this time period. Not water proof?

Fitted perfectly. Seems okay but gave 4 out of 5 only because I have just fitted and want to see how long it lasts
