I use this as a toning spray on my face & body before lotion. It also work great as a pick-me-up on hot days or after an intense workout or training. Smell is great, almost a soft floral, and I can feel the moisture that it attracts to my skin. I have also used this as the water component to making emulsified face cream. Absolutely wonderful

I love facial mist toners and having many with different eo scents are good to help me feel uplifted, energized, awake, calmed, relaxed and feel some instant clarity depending on the scent that is in the toner. I like this frankincense toner to use for a calming effect. It relieves stress while making me feel more focused. I also like to use a rose toner for face hair and body. In the winter when my hair is flying around I like to spray it with the frankincense or rose toner to tame it. I recommend this frankincense toner. Its wonderful.
