The Cletop-S 14110710 Replacement Reel is designed to be used with the CLETOP-S fiber ferrule cleaner. Replacement cartridge for the Cletop-S units - I always use the White color
Not much to say other than that it is the cartridge for the Cletop-S units (not the old "standard" units pre -S models).One key thing is that the White colored tape is finer grained and is intended for the 1.25 mm ferrules used in LC connectors. (vs. the classic Blue tape)I used to get Blue for the 2.5 and White for the 1.25 mm stuff, but I gave up and just buy White for everything now. It works fine.
