Nice piece of kit. Easy to install on my motorbike - remember you need also need ‘a live when on’ power supply as well as the usual poss and neg.

VIOFO M1 motor bike camera. I fitted this to my Kawasaki GTR 1400. Being a fully faired bike ensured an unobtrusive result but took more time fitting the wiring under the panels. It was relatively simple to set up. The quality of the cameras, wiring and the main unit appear decent enough. The picture quality is not up to 4K standard but is more than adequate, providing clear images enabling registration numbers, road signs etc to be read with ease. The cameras have been used in full sun and low light and give good results. They’ve not been used on unlit roads so not sure how they would cope in such conditions. The app on the phone is fine, download speed of files via WiFi a lot faster than some but I use the usb stick provided with the camera. Put the card into this and plug into your computer and access your files: simple quick and easy. This isn’t the cheapest but it appears to be good quality: I would definitely recommend

This is the second 'Dash-cam' style system ive tried on my motorbike and it is far far better than the previous! Records in .mp4 which is easy to work with, audio quality and visual quality is great (Nice wide field of view to capture everything) and generally a breeze to install (Took about an hour which included removing the old camera system)Only gripe I had was the camera lead for the front was JUST long enough to reach the receiver unit which I have under the seatEDIT: 15/12/2023 - Had to knock a star off as after just over a year I've been having a few weeks of corrupted files, audio issues and now my phone will not connect to the wifi. Tried different SD cards and cleaning the connectors but I've now decided to pull from the bike as they are now just too unreliable :/

I did a fair bit of research before buying a cam set for the bike. This unit came very well packaged with a number of mounting options for the cameras. Everything was well presented. Good instructions and all items individually packaged. The cables connecting the components to the DVR unit were long enough, enabling mounting of cameras anywhere you liked! - assuming you are placing the DVR somewhere central. The mic needs to be mounted where there is no wind - i fitted mine under the seat - records the engine note very well. Once set up it is possible to connect your phone to the DVR wifi. downloading to phone is ok, but it can. buffer a bit so I found it quicker to take the card out of the DVR and copy the files if I needed them. The beauty is it is really a fit and forget. its starts recording when you switch on and you can set the off delay. Image quality is excellent.

Viofo MT1 quick set up running from battery cameraa look good, phone app quick connect, brought cheaper motorcycle dash cam like vsysto £160 returned as don't need DVR unit when out of sight installation also screen functions poor and limited compaired to MT1, will update when installed and have vedio footage.

the overall item was very good with all you need to install,unfortunately the app was poor.

I spent ages researching and this came up tops. It's really simple to install (the leads are plenty long enough). The software is super easy to use -you can either download footage to your phone/laptop etc or use the included card reader to connect the memory card directly to your pc. The onboard footage is great, day or night. The microphone is pretty good too -as long as you can situate it somewhere out of the air turbulence.I managed to damage part of the live lead during install (clumsy fool). I bodged a repair but then contacted VIOFO who were kind enough to send me a replacement lead (very quickly!) with just a small contribution from myself to pay for the postage. I have recommended this to my biker mates. Don't be fooled by the relatively cheap price, it is a great bit of kit! There's everything you need in the box to get you up & running and you also get loads of spare sticky pads (very sticky btw) to experiment with camera position. Highly recommended.

Had a few problems connecting the app discovered you must have both cameras connected. Support is good quite quick to respond . Had another problem connecting app could not discover cameras but solved by disconect everything and reconect . However the camera records as soon as it gets power and is good quality
