Amazon strike impeded delivery
My husband cannot rate this item as it has not arrived yet so he doesn't know if it is going to work for him. It was scheduled for delivery between December 31 - January 5. To date, the item has not arrived. Tracking the order today I learned it may be delivered by January 11 and if not, I am eligible for a refund. This is the first time an order has missed the delivery date I'm guessing due to their employees going on strike. Hope to receive the item soon.I have the same brace which I purchased from the hand surgeon's office. I am rating the brace at 5 stars. It is comfortable to wear and does provide the support my arthritic thumb needs. I've worn the brace when playing golf and it does help with the jarring against the base of the thumb.

Great quality product
I had received a defective brace or identified a quality issue earlier this year. I identified it to the seller upon returning it. The replacement is perfect and they addressed the quality control issue. No charge even though I had it past the return period.

Great support
My partner uses these. As a lifelong musician and years of construction his thumbs have worn off the cartilage at the base. These really help control painful joints while playing. He actually wears them daily. He met Brian May from Queen at a NASA event and Brian has the same issue… and suggested he should try them instead of opting for the surgery that could correct it. That would incapacitate him for 6 months. So if you have similar issues.. try them

Needed a replacement for one that was worn out. This is the same exact model as the one fitted for me after my hand surgery.

Wrist strap failed to hold.
Velcro strap on wrist would not hold. Glued on velcro sticker kept coming off. I tried sever glue-on remedies-none worked. found another better product.

Hard to find, but I found it on Amazon.
