I was told by the physio that I had tennis elbow and to buy a support strap and do some simple exercises. I was a bit sceptical as I am not one to take a tablet and think seconds later that I am better. I put this little strap on my arm, didn't think about it again and went off to potter in the garden, lifting pots etc. You don't even realise you have it on, it is so comfortable. By the second day of wearing it, I was shocked to feel the pain almost gone, each night I took the band off, you can really feel the difference. It really gives the area in your arm that is sore so much support. I now wear it when I am going to be lifting heavy things or doing things that I know will aggravate the tendons in my arm and honestly it really does work. I highly recommend that if you are in pain with tennis elbow you get one of these quickly because you will notice a difference and it is something you can carry on using and not just stick in a drawer if you suffer with tennis elbow.

Eases pain of tennis elbow. Easy & comfortable to wear. Doesn't reatrict movement like others I've tried. Only downside is I'd like the padded but to be a bit more gel-like as its pretty solid

I play racketball and the tennis elbow is incredibly painful when I first start playing, then eases as I warm up and get into a game. I've been getting physio, acupuncture and various stretches. This support strap works well, I can get it on tight and comfortable, but I've tried in a variety of positions, during games, before, then taken off and I don't really notice much difference. It's not a bad review for the product as it looks okay, just hasn't really done a lot for me.

Arrived the next day (much to my relief) as I'd been suffering with tennis elbow for a few weeks. It didn't help that it was my right arm and I'm right handed, so it was painful to do anything. Placed this on and the relief was immediate. I've still got slight pain (day 2), but nothing to how it was, and it does say that it can take 15 to 30 days. Honestly, save your suffering and get this if there's a problem. The price is already great value, but it pays for itself. It supports just under the elbow and is wonderful. I can now carry on with everyday tasks and it's nice to feel like I have a normal arm again. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
