No foul odour or fishyness
Its fish oil. I guess they're right about not doing fishy burps and it not having a bad odour. I took it first thing in the morning sometimes and not stomach issues. Hopefully its good quality and keeps me healthy. Ask again in 10 years.

Not sure about the maths
Apparently oily fish is good for you. I hate fish and refuse to eat it, so I take omega 3 supplements instead.They're easy to swallow and come in a nice bottle, which is good.The nerd in me isn't sure about the maths on this brand though.The label says 3000 mgs of fish oil, providing 1650 mg Omega 3, 990 mg EPA and 660 mg of DHA.Intuition told me this wasn't quite right. Sure enough, the components of the fish oil (omega 3, EPA and DHA) sum to 3,300 mg. Bizarre. Somehow the whole is less than the sum of its parts.Either Superself have invented TARDIS pills (in which case, bravo!), or there's something not quite right with the label, or how I'm reading it.I suspect the Omega 3 is a component of the fish oil and the EPA and DHA are separate components, so shouldn't be considered part of the fish oil. But that's not how it reads on the label.Anyway, nerdgasm over!

Omega 3 Oil
I'm very happy with the Omega 3, I've been taking these for about a month now along with the D3 + K2 for my knee pain, I must say it's done wonders i Will deffo buy again...

Fishy Burp.
They do have a slight fishy burp. I've chucked them in the freezer, but I was disappointed after taking them with a big meal, that I did have a pretty nasty fishy burp for about an hour afterwards.Other than that. they look like a good product and turned up next day.

The media could not be loaded. Hi fast delivery and it clearly says on the product description that you take 3 a day and it clearly says on the back that its 3 per serving.Its not misleading what so ever like some people have said in there reviews.So full potency will be take 3 a day.You can take up to 3 per day but no more.My tablets just came by post and i just had 3 softgels.Looks great to me im sure they will work.Fantastic price and worth every penny.I really like superself products there great ❤️Remember its 3000mg per serving so thats completly true.people just dont bother reading it properly.Its 3 per serving.
