Been using Fast&Up plant protein for more than 2 years now. Caramel was my favourite flavour however they have discontinued. Chocolate isn't as good. And, Vanilla was bad. Previously they used to provide jar of 1.3kg and now they have converted it to 975g pouch which is costlier and difficult to keep. I wonder which one wastes more plastic. At least we used all the jars at home for keeping various kitchen items but this plastic pouch will go in the dustbin then landfills. Company really needs to reflect on what they are doing and not just the cost benefit analysis.I have also tried their plant protein Man version but its taste was also bad then I switched back to regular plant protein.

This product is very much easy to use and is enriched with greater protein which keeps your health very much healthy. Does not need much efforts to mix . It worth for money must try .

Bro, the texture is way too smooth. And when you mix it with water and drink it, it forms a thick, creamy layer in the mouth, which gives a very unpleasant taste and texture. As for the taste itself, it feels like you're eating raw vegetables — and you'll even feel that weird smell in your burps. I’m honestly scared I might end up with gas or vomiting by evening.This was my first time trying it, mixed with 300ml of water, and within 5 minutes I felt full — now I’m experiencing bloating too.Overall, it didn’t meet my expectations at all, and I’m giving it only 1 star out of 5.
